Referral Program
Earn a share of the performance fees generated by users you bring into The Capital.
Our referral program is revenue-based: when someone joins The Capital through your link and uses our vaults, you earn 20% of the performance fees paid by that user – across all vaults and all their deposits.
How It Works
There are two roles in the system:
Referrer – the wallet that shares a referral link or code.
Referee – the wallet that joins The Capital using that link or code.
Once a wallet is tagged as “referred”:
The referee uses The Capital vaults as normal.
As they generate profit and pay performance fees, the referrer earns 20% of those fees as referral rewards.
All referral relationships and actions are on-chain verified and require a wallet signature to prove ownership.
Who Referred You
On the Referral page, you’ll see a “Who referred you” section.
If you were already referred
If your wallet was first connected using someone’s referral link or code, you’ll see:
The referrer’s wallet address (or their custom code) as the wallet that referred you.
Once this is set, it cannot be changed through the app.
If no referrer is set
If your wallet does not appear to have been referred (or the referral wasn’t recorded), you can manually attach a referrer:
Paste the referrer’s wallet address or their custom referral code.
Sign a message with your wallet to prove ownership.
Confirm.
⚠️ This can only be done once and is permanent. Choose carefully before confirming a referrer.
Your Referral Link
The “Your referral link” section gives you a unique link you can share.
Default referral link
By default, your wallet address is used as your referral code:

You can copy this link and share it anywhere (DMs, socials, email, etc.). Anyone who connects to The Capital through that link will be tagged as your referee.
Custom Referral Code (Optional)
You can make your link easier to share by setting a custom referral code.
Rules:
Up to 10 characters
Letters, numbers, and underscores only
Once set, it cannot be changed or removed
Setting it requires a wallet signature
Example codes:

Once you save your custom code, your link becomes:

Your “Current effective code” will always show what is currently active (either your wallet address or your custom code).
Estimated Referral Earnings
The “Estimated referral earnings” section shows how much you’ve earned from your referees so far.
We calculate it as:
20% × (performance fees paid by each referred wallet across all vaults)
Key points:
Earnings are aggregated per deposit asset (e.g. per USDC, SOL).
The numbers are estimates derived from on-chain vault depositor records.
They may differ slightly from live on-chain state, but are directionally accurate and useful for tracking your performance over time.
If you’ve just started referring users, you might see:
“No fees recorded yet for your referrals.”
As your referees generate yield and pay performance fees, this section will update.
Referred Users
The “Referred users” section shows a list of wallets that:
First connected to The Capital using your referral link or code.
This list helps you:
See how many users you’ve onboarded.
Understand who your referral rewards are coming from.
Revenue and profit sharing are calculated based on their actual vault activity, not just their connection.
You’ll also see a “Total referrals” count so you can quickly gauge your reach.
Example
You connect your wallet and grab your referral link.
You share it with a friend.
Your friend clicks the link, connects their wallet, and deposits into a vault.
Over time, the vault generates profit for them. When performance fees are charged:
Your friend pays the standard performance fee.
You earn 20% of that fee as referral revenue.
Your Estimated referral earnings and Referred users sections update accordingly.
The more active and profitable your referees are, the more you earn – fully aligned with the long-term growth of The Capital.
