Performance and Management Fees
A performance fee is assessed on net profits and crystallized daily, as well as on operational events such as deposits, withdrawal requests, and withdrawals. This fee is charged only on the portion of profits exceeding your High Water Mark (defined as your highest historical post-fee balance).
An annual management fee is accrued on a time-pro rata basis and applied to your total portfolio balance.

Redemption period
Contributed capital is typically subject to a 24-hour redemption period. Investors may submit withdrawal requests at any time. Proceeds become available only after this 24-hour window. Any trading profits generated during the redemption period are retained by the strategy and not included in the withdrawal amount.
